We love Hawaiian cooking and we are devoted to bringing a unique and authentic culinary experience to your plate. Our goal is to celebrate the flavours of the sea and of the land, serving poké bowls made with very fresh, high quality ingredients.

We look for people who want to learn and who enjoy standing behind the counter. No experience needed: we teach you the fish, the marinades and the rhythm of service, day by day.
You work as a team on agreed shifts, across three shops between Como and Monza Brianza. If you care about detail and like talking to people, the rest follows.
